Five Koi Bloom | Mizu Garden
Some artworks don't have one fixed meaning.
Every person pauses before the same colors, the same composition, and discovers something different within them.
That's why I chose not to define what this piece is meant to symbolize, but instead to leave room for your own interpretation.
I created this artwork with the intention of bringing a sense of calm into a living space.
Soft blue water, five koi swimming peacefully beneath the surface, and peony flowers in the foreground create the feeling of looking through a garden toward a quiet pond.
The entire composition was designed to evoke stillness, clarity, and balance.
The print is available in three different sizes, making it easy to find the perfect fit for anything from a quiet corner to a feature wall in your home, studio, or workspace.
This print is produced on Hahnemühle Hemp Fine Art Paper, made from 60% hemp fiber and 40% cotton. Its softly textured matte surface enhances fine details, smooth color transitions, and rich blacks while giving the artwork a timeless, natural character inspired by traditional printmaking.
Free from optical brighteners, acid, and lignin, the paper is manufactured to museum archival standards (ISO 9706) and is designed to preserve the richness of the artwork for generations when properly cared for and framed.
Thank you for welcoming this piece into your home.
I hope it brings you the same sense of peace that accompanied me while creating it.
